Hi, I’m Krinda-Holly, founder of Recreate Center. My passion is creating a welcoming space where creativity, community, and inclusion come together. I believe art should be accessible to everyone — children, families, homeschool students, individuals with special needs, and anyone looking for a place to create freely.
What started as a dream to combine art education with community impact has grown into a creative reuse center offering art classes, sewing, crochet, camps, workshops, and donated reusable art supplies. I love helping people discover confidence through creativity while giving materials a second life instead of letting them go to waste.
My goal is to build a safe, inspiring environment where people can learn new skills, express themselves, and feel connected through art. I also created the BUY NOTHING PORT ST LUCIE community, which has grown to over 4,000 members sharing and receiving items to help keep usable goods out of landfills.
Creativity has always been part of who I am. My mom loves telling the story of how, once I discovered paper and pencils, they went everywhere with me. I was constantly doodling, drawing, imagining, and creating. That lifelong passion for art and community is what inspired me to open Recreate Center — a place where others can experience the joy of creating too.
